Last week my husband hooked up the Amazon prime account with the PS3. So now we can watch streaming movies or tv series through them. The "Cancelled Too Soon" category cracked me up. With the exception of two series I'd never heard of, the rest were all shows I watched regularly.

Did the exercise bike for 32 minutes, wrote 27 words on my WIP, unraveled a baby blanket, and started Season 1 of Breaking Bad.

Today was a beautiful day with the occasional thunderstorm. I visited with my in laws, and went to a birthday party for two little cousins. The 5-year-old hid his face during the birthday song. The 3-year-old loved the attention.

What should I buy for one? The knitting group is having an exchange on Tuesday. But it's supposed to be something you want. I don't know anyone well. So I'm leaning towards a candle with local chocolates. A few of them like How I Met Your Mother so I considered picking up a season of that but who knows which season to get?

Took the day off to deal with plumbing issues.

Husband's grandmother passed away tonight. I think he's trying to cheer me up with a Freaks and Geeks marathon. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

It's Friday and I'm ready for the weekend!!

I'll be able to get caught up on my Flash Fiction workshop. Last night I watched the pilot of United States of Tara and enjoyed it. I'll see how the rest of the DVD goes.

So far we've been managing okay. Yesterday I took Sammy for his walk but it wasn't entirely successful. I walked on the iced over snow and he skidded down the sidewalk. He peed a lot but could never find a good patch to do the rest.
