Day 23: Least favorite Arcobaleno
Another difficult one. Maybe Verde (ヴェルデ), only because you don't see him do much. However, he had a significant scene in the last comic arc.
As the greatest scientist, he was in charge of info gathering and designing amazing items such as the box weapons. No hard feelings on Verde.
I probably should say Bermuda too, but he's head of the [Spoiler (click to open)]Vindince, which leaves an impact during the last arc
