But seriusly... When I caught the report on TV, I expected scientists to come with some simple explanation in a few days. I mean tornado, poisonous gas, extremely cold air flow or something like that... Didn´t they still say what was the matter?

As for reason, I heard fireworks, I heard crashing into things, but..the deaths just seems too large. Also, the bees and the fish? It must be some kind of poison or radiation.

A common reason is...I think radio frequencies? Radio towers?

Nah, don´t mind it... It just crossed my mind as I was reading your entry. Oyashiro-sama´s curse played a big role in Higurashi that I watched recently :)

Bees and fishes? I didn´t hear about them. Under these circumstances, I find it most likely to be caused by radiation (bees are pretty radiosensitive, I think).
