So, with some extra time on my hands (it being quarter after 4 on a Thurs and I'm not at work *grin*) I shall update!
The new work is good so far. Not sure why people think it's such a bad job to work at Startek. It's easy, pays well, good benefits, lots of room for advancement, and closer to what I want to be doing. So all in all I'm happy,

hmm..dunno about that. i've got an interview there tomorrow, so we'll see. I think the problem is that a lot of people get worn down simply by having others yell at them so much. Dunno. I suppose we'll both find out?
