She has her digimon partner, apparently he was refusing to explain the simpler concepts of lightswitches and things to her as a way of err...controlling her.

They're both on the road to recovery, though Nick won't be on his leg for some time. Luckily he didn't break any bones but the twisted ankle is going to take time to heal all the same.
You're telling me a trained DATS professional just left a Neanderthal who has had little-to-no education of the world she currently resides in in a hotel room by herself?
Forgive me but this seems to be more than just an oversight or a spell of misplaced judgment. I have two digimon minors staying in my room and I myself was away part of the night. Not to mention the extensive notes and other work that may have been damaged.

He left her with her Digimon partner who had decided to leave for a few hours to take a walk, he had forgotten that she didn't know enough about how things worked.
If there has been any damage Lorne has expressed he will go to great lengths to make compensation for it.
And on a personal note...it seems rude to hack your way into a locked discussion.

Stepping in for my all too eager security girl, I'm sorry for the trouble Artemis, what would seem like an appropriate compensation for this oversight in the education of our young warrior woman?

[Sounding rather tired]
I think Cloud's right. If her partner's not going to oblige and I need to talk to him about that then she needs a crash course in the twenty-first century. Best to supplement that with having someone nearby to answer her questions.

Sounds like a good match to me. She could use a good role model.
[locked from Artemis, the sneaky boy]
[sigh] You know Artemis is right. I was there too and I could see Ruffnut and her partner were having problems, so he wasn't likely to help her. Didn't occur to me to explicitly mention the light-switches either; we had to turn the lights on when we took her upstairs so I assumed she'd equate flipping the switch with lights coming on. I'm slipping.
Don't let it get to you...it was a simple mistake that any one of us could have made. She probably just didn't noticed the light switch when she was brought in.

Lung damage is refundable now?
I felt since the lives of those staying with me had been under threat I believed I was owed more than a simply apology and peace-offering.
