Thanks. I was trying to come up with something Dean could ask John that would prompt him to say "never ask me that again" and this is what came out. Kinda cracked me up, cause it is SO a teenager, isn't it? :D

Wow. That was amazingly well-written, especially given that later, the Demon uses John to tell Dean exactly what John just told him not to believe. And the part where Sam tells John that Dean said he'd be pissed if Sam saves him and not John? We need a companion piece when Dean remembers this whole thing after John dies.

Thanks! One of the things I love about the way Jen plays that scene is that you aren't sure whether or not he buys the Demon's crap. It's an obvious hot-button from fan stance, but Jen plays it as if Dean could be either believing or not, which I love. Especially in the context of what Dean tells Sam after Phantom Traveller: Demon's lie, that's what they do.

Companion piece, eh? LOL.

I love TeenDean snark. I can just imagine him being a real pain in the ass, and the more obnoxious he is, the more John recognizes himself in his son. LOL

Absolutely, if you notice typos let me know. I go back and fix the ones I see when I see them, cause they make me nuts. I posted this too quickly and hadn't polished it quite enough, so I did a little polishing post-post. :D
