I tell you, that particular circle has been turning me around and around so much these last couple of days I have lost all track of the room around me and everything seems to be spinning. Makes it harder than hell to figure out whether or not you're saying what needs to be said.

I love Dean's Mary. I love the voice you've given her. Their "married folks" banter is so wonderfully written. And, through Mary, I even love Meredith too. (There's healing there, people! I can see it!)

Thanks! I was actually done with Dean and Mary scenes, but I think I may love writing the two of them together too much. Their sex talk puts me to giggling every time. And anytime I can work the lyrics to American Pie into a story, I'm going there. LOL

Kripke cracked me up at Paley's saying it, but your icon keeps reminding me exactly how funny that line was. So I thought I'd steal it and put it in my story. :D

Thanks so much. I had no idea this sucker was going to fight me this hard in the last furlough. I literally re-wrote both of these scenes so many times I completely lost track of them before I finally found the right combination of reflection, angst and info dump.

I'm half way through this so expect more later, but right now, I have to say this (although I believe you figured that much already): if I was into girls, I'd be marry Mary. With all honesty. She rocks! Mary is the impala personified.
