And look...My First Avengers FanFic Ever!! /adds new fandom to the list/ So I heard about (and then read some) fics where Darcy is Coulson's assistant and it amused me enough to give it a try. Writing Darcy was wicked fun! I almost forgot the most important bit - Darcy's first idea about calming Hulk down?

I was tired and didn't comment on this the first time I read the fic even though I was squeeful and saved it to my faves (I have a whole section for Darcy being awesome, lol), but I loved it then and I still love it now! There can never be enough of Phil and Darcy being awesome as far as I'm concerned, and you got them perfectly awesome here. :-D

I know how it goes when you want to properly convey your reaction to a fic but you are just too damn tired atm. When I saw how much you are into Avengers right now, I planned on pointing this fic out to you, so I am glad you saw it anyways.

if you ever, ever decide to create a sequel, i'd love to see how else you handle everyone's relation because all i see in my head is darcy as the loveable baby sister.

'The Family We Make' is one of my favorite themes in books, tv, movies, fanfic, etc - so I am extra glad it came through in my fic. I really do feel like people who work for SHIELD live their work completely. And The Avengers particularly have that bonded family feel to them.

I hadn't thought about writing a sequel to this but I have been having all the feels about writing Avengers fic lately, so I'll def keep that in mind! "Loveable baby sister" is the perfect descriptor of how I see Darcy too. Sometimes, like all younger siblings, she is annoying as heck, but they love her. :)

I haven't read very much Avengers fic yet, but everything I have read has made me Squee like crazy. They all interact with each other in such a delightful way.

I maybe referenced Bobby's death, maybe. ;) I left it vague because honestly it could have been anything (I also really like the idea that she was watching Charlie Pace die on "Lost" - but it could have been Torchwood or Serenity the movie even). But I was thinking Supernatural when I started writing it, yes. Do you need a tissue?
