What is this - two posts in one day?! /gasp/. But The BFF just pointed out to me that it is International Cat Day, so I have to post pics of my boys. I mean, it's like the law or something! lol

Aww, thank you. And I know you know a beautiful cat when you see one because you have some yourself! (is it four cats now? Harry, Reuben, Thomas Leo & Flippos, yes?)
Wow! They're all so beautiful. And great names, too.
Thank you! Pippin & Kirk were joint efforts between myself, Sis & The BFF. Kirk got his name because we had just found him when the new Star Trek reboot came out and were really jacked up on Star trek feelings, but he did not seem like a McCoy or a Spock. Pippin we originally named Elanor, for Elanor Gamgee because she was supposed to be such a beautiful golden hobbit. Then we foud out he was a boy and changed it1 (he was too little to see his thingy yet lol).
I named Hiccup though. Sis was trying to think of a character who used a cane or was an amputee and I was like, "Uh, Hiccup from How To Train Your Dragon, he looks like a Hiccup to me" and boom. Name fits him too. Ripley came to us with a name, named by our teen cousin who thought he was a girl and named him after Ellen Ripley from Aliens. He already responded to the name though and it oddly fits him. Our Ripley Bipley Boo.

Thank you!
LOL Not a cat person or not a pet person?
They offer us such affection and oddly touch-therapy in a way, you know?
