I am so happy you noticed all of those little canon-hints! The first one was just an accident, I think I did it subconsciously, and then it made me laugh and after that I started trying to throw in little lines here and there. I am so thrilled you liked those parts.

LOL I think just in general, she liked how flustered Bilbo was around Thorin (and that I kept referring to Thorin as 'majestic' because that is what Sis does). She also really enjoyed Thorin having to 'slay' the pinata and the three boys in general. And the fact that I wrote Bagginshield fic for her! ;)

Thank you, bb! No kidding, Kid!Frodo and Balin both being so 'knowing' about Bilbo's crush and kind of pushing them together was my favorite thing to write in this fic. I am so happy this story helped push me out of my writing drought too. Thanks for the love, babe!

That's sounds like it would be fun to write, some stories come along and really help us get passed a writing drought. Hopefully things are flowing again for you.
Speaking of writing I need to get back to it. I'm doing camp nanowrimo for July. You get to set your word count goal and it charts your progress as you put in each days word count, its fun and motivational. Might be something you'd like.
