2012 - Books.

I read 7 books last year - (I almost forgot the Buffy book!). Well, okay, 7 if you count the comic set The Nephew loaned me, which I do because I walked away with a killer headache afterwards, so I'm counting it! Now I remember why I stopped reading comics so heavily.

I think I talked about all of these while I was reading them actually. ( Some minor spoilers. )

weather or not, the nephew, punk-rock-girl, stupid things that make me cry, buffy - i love the scoobies, fan-fic gets it right, the hobbit - unexpected adventures, comics were always for cool people, finnick odair's beautiful pain, spiderman is my comic book boyfriend, wtfedyfff, books ah books, district 12, logan the wolverine is feral

I bet your iPad will have you reading even more - since it's light, comfy in many positions, accesses Kindle, and has adjustable sizes of text and so on....

You have an IPAd, right? Maybe you can tell me - how do I enlarge the text without everything falling off the sides of the screen? Because so far, it's not been very accessible for people with vision problems. I can enlarge everything by doing the doubletap pinchy thing on the screen, but then half of the words aren't actually on the screen anymore and I have to scroll left to right to left, etc. just to read it all (fine for a few sentences but not for several thousands words). I want it to make everything bigger but reformat so I can see it all. And also when I enlarge the text size, it says it only applies to Messages, Notepad, Calendar, NOT the internet text ( ... )

Turn the iPad sideways, I guess? I seem to remember, though, that the Kindle itself lets you adjust the text size permanently, so maybe the app would let you do the same, and make it possible to avoid the pinching and left to right slide.

I do not read, aside from fic (blergh), but I just have to comment on how freaking awesome your icon is. Law & Order (even SVU) for life!

No, see I get that! I always think people will be like, "Only 7 books a year?" but actually that was a lot for me- I usually average about 2 a year. Idk why, because once I pick one up I am usually enthralled, it's just getting me to stop and pick one up that is the problem. Although, I read 7 books last year but a hell of a lot less fic than usual.

Isn't it? It's by mammothluv and I forgot I even had it. I just decided to switch out from my 'Jensen in front of a bookcase full of books' icons to something new and when I looked in my icon folder, there this was!

Law & Order for life!! SVU is my L&O, mostly because Det. Munch is my man. The icon is a good example of why - I am pretty sure it is the episode where he reads to a little girl in the hospital in a coma. My heart. :)
