I have Type 2 Neurofibromatosis (NF 2). IT IS NOT CANCER!! It's a genetic disorder where I have tumors along the central nervous system. Several treatment options..will probably decide in a few weeks when we have everything in front of us

What a relief that this is not cancer! My thoughts are with you and your family as you now learn about what you do have and what the courses of treatment are. I hope nothing is too invasive or scary. All the best!

The gamma knife is a good possibility. 1-2 tumors meets the size criteria.
