I felt good all of last week. I had some restaurant food, and was doing well, late last week. Monday I felt great.

Then yesterday at work, *BAM*, I hit a brick wall.  When I woke up yesterday  morning, I had a stomach ache, so I didnt eat anything for breakfast. At work it was slowly getting better and I was starving, so i went down to the coffee
