I think Ten and Eleven would get along great, at least early!Ten. Eleven might have difficulty with later!Ten. I don't think Nine would get along with either of them, though. He would dislike Ten in particular.
Nine would dislike Ten and Eleven. Ten would have some issues with Nine, but would probably babble on anyway. And yes, TenToo would probably just be a bit of a smug bastard and get along with Nine better that Ten or Eleven would.

Depends on the situation. *g* If they ran into each other in a relatively stress-free "get the MacGuffin, thwart the baddie's wiles, save the day" romp, I actually think they'd get along okay. Nine would trash-talk the crap out of his successors, of course, but affectionately--plenty of jabs about regenerating into a twink with stupid glasses or how he could've sworn he'd grown out of thinking anything that appalling could be cool, all hiding equal parts jealousy and wonder that his future selves are even outwardly well-adjusted. Ten is sort of embarrassed about Eleven, because Ten actually has a rather high opinion of his own coolness and can't believe he'll ever be that facepalm-inducing, and Eleven is in full-on "Wear stupid hats and be a cosmic five-year-old so I don't start thinking too hard about opportunities to take out my buried self-hatred on... well, myselves" mode and thus dorkily charming to both of them

And I'd bet $5 bucks Rose would probably cause some jealousy in Ten and TenToo by being very happy to see Nine again :P
