Round 63: Rules & Info
Welcome to Round 63 of doctorwho20in20!
Since there are only 3 participants, I'm going to keep sign ups open this round! Sign up here!
Additionally, please don't forget to vote in the tie breaker! Vote here!
This post contains all the information you need to enter your icons. Breaking the rules might lead to a disqualification for the next round.
Rules:
• Icons must be made originally for this challenge, no prior work may be submitted. If it is found that you do submit previous work, you will be disqualified from the next challenge.
• All work must be your own, not someone elses.
• Make sure all images are PG rated. Meaning no nudity, etc.
• Icons must fit the livejournal standard, under 40 kb, 100x100px and in either .png, .gif, or .jpg file format.
• When posting the finished 20 please leave 3 icon examples, not a banner, and a link to the icon post/or lj-cut to your journal.
• Post the completed icons at once
• The icon post must be unlocked for two reasons. 1. I need to be able to see your entries to post voting and 2. so people don't have to join to view your icons. (If they do join, it's a perk for you)
• DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ICONS TO THIS POST
• ALL entries are moderated, which means that I have to accept the entyry before it's made visible to the public.
• Please use the provided table to post your icons for convenience. (of course, you can change the colors of the table)
• DO NOT ADD TAGS TO YOUR ENTRIES. A MOD WILL DO THAT.
• DO add a subject. FORMAT AS: Round #: Character
• Completed 20 are due 20 December 2015 (Sunday)

Explanations:
Background Text: The Background should contain some form of text.
Non Canon Meet Up: Your character meeting someone they haven't met in canon (yet). This can be done through blending, levels or text references. Visually, each incarnation of the doctor will be considered a separate person, so Rose meeting 11 would work :)
Plus Enemy: Your character with an "enemy". Enemy refers to opponents of your character.
Spy: Your character spying on someone. Whoever/Whatever they're "spying" on, doesn't have to be in the icon.
Technical Term: The Doctor loves his "technical terms" like "Jiggery Pokery", but let's spread the fun of those "technical terms" to everyone.
One Episode: All five icons should cover the same episode.
