This year must have been a bit like 2012 was for Doctor Who fans, where after getting loads of Who they get hardly any.

No idea hat my first encounter was but I agree about the strength of the Deadly Assassin and the weakness of the Pecatons.

This year is actually not one of my favourites. Seeds doesn't really work for me, Masque felt by the numbers and Morbius has a lot of technical issues. Hand of Fear is pretty good but the ending is a bit weird.

Also everyone failed to mention. The front cover of the Dinosaur Invasion :D

I remember watching "The Hand of Fear" (or as I knew it, "The one with Eldrad") at my grandmother's house and she had trouble figuring out if woman!Eldrad was a man or woman. She was a bit senile.

"The Deadly Assassin" was great and to this day that last shot of the Master's face over the clock freaks me out immensely. *shudder*
