Well these are only the first few announcements (I doubt Moffat is going to write 10 individual stories next year). But I think it is safe to say he's gonna be a bit busy cranking out enough American Gods sequels for 5 HBO seasons...

Again, only first 4. As they are not two-parters I expect we'll probably see some new names about as well, some of which I hope are female (come-on Lucy Watkins and Malorie Blackman!)

Rory and Amy leaving in 3rd ep??? Thought they'd save that for the series break :(

Well he only says it is "one of the final ones", this could mean the whole series is final ones

There's been no official announcement, but i think it is definite that it's coming back on in the Autumn not the Spring. It seems unlikely they'd do a run through until christmas. I reckon Amy and Rory will leave at the halfway point (6 eps?) Christmas special in the middle to introduce new companion, then second half of series very early spring. Or i could be totally wrong ;)

Before last year I would have felt bad, but I think in Season 6 the better episodes were the single parters which has given me some comfort.

Can't they pension off Chibbers? I'm sure he's a lovely bloke, but he's never written good Who.
