I'm afraid you need more than outside links as it will check if your from the uk when u go to install it, you will need to use proxy servers to get it

I just downloaded this, but when I try to install it, it just keeps crashing/not responding. ):

Are you UK-based? I haven't downloaded this one yet, but with the other ones you needed to be connected to the internet whilst installing because it needed to check that you have a UK IP. If you're not from the UK, you can try installing it with a proxy IP. I did that once and it worked.
