I am involved on the con-comittee for an event called Sci-Fi/Horror Weekend, which will happen October 14-16. We have Sid Haig and a couple of the people from Children of the Corn. But more importantly (at least to me), we have Matthew Waterhouse. And Sylvester McCoy is almost confirmed. So if you are able to make a venture to Tulsa, OK to see

They have cons in the midwest? Cons with DW people? That makes me happy. I live in SE Kansas. Tulsa is but a couple hours drive for me. I'll have to see what the money situation is like... :)

We have several conventions, split between Tulsa and OKC. Daphne Ashbrook was at Trek Expo in June in Tulsa. If I have my way, there will be more guests, hopefully every year.
