So I had totally forgotten about this, but my best friend brought it up after The Almost People wrapped.
Remember how we had Jacket!Doctor and Jacket-less!Doctor to stew on last series? Well, what do you make of this?
If you can't tell, that's a screencap from 6.04, right before the Doctor and Sexy!TARDIS reach the TARDIS graveyard.
Simple production error? Red herring? WHO KNOWS
edit: So here's my theory on the blue screwdriver! I think it may be River's. Wasn't River's screwdriver in Series Four a modified version of Nine/Ten's? Well, that or it's a production error, but with the fact that it's SHINING US IN THE FACE, I really don't think so.
