(1) It had to have been before she was kidnapped by the Silence because she sees the lady with the eyepatch before then. Maybe during the Red Nose Day sketch--sometime when she was first wearing that damn plaid shirt everyone hates.
(1a) I think he has his suspicions at the end of Day of the Moon, but he definitely knows when he keeps telling her to breath. I don't remember what episode that starts though.
(2) I think its possible, but I'm not sure if it is the one that dies in Day of the Moon. I mentioned that once last week, and someone pointed out that Moffat says he is the real doctor that dies. Of course, the Doctor sees flesh!Doctor as the same, so perhaps it is. I still think it might be too easy and lessen the stakes if it isn't the real/first Doctor that dies.
(3) Perhaps New Earth, but I don't know.
(3a) I suppose, but like a commenter said above, it is probably just a play on "flesh and bone"
(4) Ugh, I don't know. Write lots of fan fiction, watch Torchwood and True Blood, and hope it passes quickly.
1) Right before or after the comic relief mini episode, since we know now she's been a ganger since the beginning of season six and since I don't think she could have been a ganger prior to the events in the Pandorica Opens. (She probably would have gotten wiped from existence and her ganger along with her if her real body hadn't been on earth but somewhere else (like in a spaceship with Madam K). In the Pandorica Opens the Doctor said that the earth was the last light to go out and that that was the only reason they were all still there. So I think Amy must really have been there too.)
But it also seems odd that such a crucial moment as Amy getting kidnapped and... gangerfied... would have been kept off-screen.
Well I think we're about to see Amy's real kidnapping "on screen" shortly. If not in AGMGTW, then by the end of Series 6 (I hope!!).
But what would you say to a theory that The Flesh can make Gangers of The Doctor whenever it wants? I mean, it certainly surprised The Doctor when his Ganger popped up asking to be trusted, didn't it? Or was it only this particular VAT of Flesh that could make Doctor!Gangers, and now it's blown up, so no more? But what if the Flesh communicates to all of its particles somehow? Could their be fully sentient copies of the Doctor popping up all over?
Hahaha well that would depend on if the Flesh really can communicate to all of its particles. And honestly, I have no idea. (I don't think the Doctor was that surprised, he made the ganger intentionally, didn't he?)
No, he seems to have done it intentionally. But what did he say? That by making a Flesh copy of yourself, you give it your life. And it's not as though he pressed a button to make his Ganger. He sort of just let it scan him and then a Ganger popped out at random. So all I'm saying is...what's to stop anther of his Gangers from turning up? What's the limiting factor (other than this Flesh vat has presumably blown up)?
1) Theoretically, no later than the first time she sees the Eyepatch Lady (so, 6x02) but no earlier than the universe's reboot in The Big Bang. After all, if Rory was an Auton before and now a human with Auton!Rory's memories, Amy would have been reformatted too
