Theory on the Eye Patch Lady
The way she spoke to Amy in episode 3, it sounded the same way a nurse or a doctor would speak to a patient when in labor.
What if Amy is actually in the future and everything we see is her dreaming of the past, remembering how she where she was. Another theory could be that in those three months while she was in America, or even when she was held by the Silents because we need to remember that maybe in that spaceship thing time could run differently, something did happen to her and now she is starting to remember what has happened.
The second theory would make more sense because it could explain why the little girl had Amy's picture, and if the little girl was Amy daughter it would explain how she was in 1969.
