As for the entries under 'R', though - whatever wibbial compiled this dictionary needs feeding to the Urvacryl! Everyone knows that a rel is a measure of time. (Unless Daleks somehow measure time using hydro-electric flow or something?)

I think your theory is correct: while we wibbials measure time according to the sun, Daleks apparently measure it in hydro-electricity. We've learned something!

I consulted my correspondent on lovely Skaro about Jast, and it suggests that "ast" translates as "not", so Jast's name would translate as "not a weakling".
