Help needed

Me and my very best friend (we're both from Germany) are going to visit London and Cardiff in october this year. We are both a tiny little bit (oh sure...) into Doctor Who and want to visit some of the filming locations. Now - that's where the problem starts. We don not know anything about Cardiff. We already worked ourselves through everything we could find in the www but we would really be thankfull for any help!
So: Do any of you have ideas, must-haves, suggestions or anything else related to London, Cardiff and Doctor Who?
