I just watched the episode today. And immediately went looking for this petition. :p

That is pretty much my favourite moment of any episode of classic Who ever. Except when Four yells 'HARRY SULLIVAN IS AN IMBECILE' of course. Admittedly, I haven't seen all the oldskool stuff, but I'm fairly certain that nothing could beat those two scenes anyway.

Harry is such a dork. I love him. And I would totally buy that figure!
