I...wow. There are no words I can say right now to adequately describe my horror.

I think my favorite crack pair out of that was Giant Squid/Hogwarts Castle. I also remember reading a fic where Hogwarts the Castle got it on with Harry. Hot, hot sentient building lovin'.

For some reason I've never really seriously shipped anyone in HP. Not OTP-style, anyway. I was always my own personal Switzerland rowboat, drifting from ship to ship as my fancy was struck. ^_^ Never really got the whole shipwar thing until I entered other fandoms, and even then it's rare. My general attitude is usually "Make me believe it and I'll go along with it." I have very few OTPs to the degree that breaking it up with another pairing squicks me (some, but not many).
