RVR = Real VR, VR games so realistic it's almost impossible to tell if you're in one (made even more difficult by the fact that your memories of entering the game are suppressed while in it).

Like California Hots in ShadowRun; he's talking chipheads. I always like seeing something like that in other places, because it makes sense to me.

I am very curious about this "ShadowRun" you speak of.

*grin* For me, it's actually partially inspired by Red Dwarf. I can't remember the episode, but they're all hallucinating that Red Dwarf was all a game and they'd come out of it, but they didn't have their old memories back yet.

It's times like this that I really wish I had somewhere to play RPGs. Arg! Want!

Oooh, I haven't seen that episode of Red Dwarf. I'll have to look for it. Hey, did you hear they might be making a new season and/or a movie? With the original cast?

1. I think it's one of the ones where they're in the...Starbug? The smaller ship, anyway. Features the first(?) appearance of Cat's Dwayne Dibly(sp?) persona.
2. OMFG ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
Man, it drove me absolutely bonkers when they just stopped on that cliffhanger. I would love to see some sort of actual end to the series. :D
