Uh uh uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh, uh uh uh uh uh DAVE BROWN. Couldn't not write him in. And you'll notice I was really kind and just stuck him in his own clothes and not a sweaty costume. I could have put him in a sweaty costume, but I didn't.

And yeah. Jones isn't completely opposed to the idea of a wee somethingorother from time to time, though mostly he sticks to like nine cups of coffee. It's a rich source of antioxidants, don't you know.

Thanks so much! I couldn't not get a Dave Brown appearance in there! Apart from like three lines from Bollo in another story, I've barely gotten to write for him.

Incidentally, Jones' solo work sounds a lot like the kind of stuff I'd listen to. He's like my spirit animal. Or at least one of the animals in my spirit zoo.

OH FUCK that sounds so good. I love that kind of stuff SO GOSH DAMN MUCH.

The first time I saw Akron/Family they extended the intro to "Moment" (which I think is about a minute on the record) to like 15 minutes where they just all played like every note on all their instruments all at once really really loudly. I'd give my good foot to see them again sometime soon.
