Deliveries

There is a FedEx Envelope delivered to an address in Manhattan on Friday morning, labeled for one person, Ynez Castillo. It contains a sheet of paper, on which a note is written in careful handwriting. (Obviously the doctor took his time to make his scrawl readable.)

Way to go, Greg. Bribe my guilt complex with cake.

That was sarcasm, Greg. I'm Catholic. Guilt is part of life.

Chocolate cake is quite sinful.

I did deliver the letters. It was not a problem at all. I'm glad that I could help.

In all honesty, Brittany was one of the very few people I would consider a friend -- and more than that, she was one of the only female friends I've ever had in my life. I only hope that whatever troubles there were between us finally ended and that she is truly at peace even though there is no God. I'm only saying this to make you feel better. Once someone is dead, they are dead.

I'm pleased the donation for Jackson was enough. If I can ever do more, let me know.

You know how I feel about children. They are my one weakness. Which, of course, is why the drawing is on the refrigerator in the Institute.

Jubilee grinned widely when she saw the crayon scribble drawing and placed it on the little refrigerator in the hotel where she was staying.

Remember, Greg... you're our friend, too. Keep it in mind when you could use it, okay?
