I'd have put Amy's Choice much higher--like 2 or 3. I think I'd have left out Power of Three altogether, as I didn't find it especially memorable. I'd have included Let's Kill Hitler, mainly because of Amy's and Rory's stunned reactions to the reveal that their daughter grew up alongside them in Leadworth and to Mels' regeneration (also their hilarious reactions to being inside the Tessalecta). And I'd probably swap out Asylum of the Daleks for The Doctor's Wife, on the strength of the wonderfully creepy scenes of Amy and Rory running through the nightmare maze of the TARDIS while House torments them with their worst fears

I would pretty much have to have "The Doctor's Wife" somewhere on my list. Otherwise, +1 to all of these.
As for what I'm hoping for Clara . . . oh, good grief, so many things. Let's see:
I would like to see the Doctor go from cold and slightly scary to happily companionable with her. For one thing, that would fit the arc, and for another, it would be the inverse of what he did with Martha (starting out quite charmed by her and then attempting to force a distance between them by basically sticking his fingers in his ears and going, "RoseRoseRoseRoseRoseI'm not listeniiiing . . ." for an entire season).
Assuming rumors are right and Clara is displaced from the present day, I'd like her and the Doctor to realize that they're talking to a fellow time traveler at approximately the same moment. Perhaps one of them makes a pop culture reference and the other one catches it, leading to a brief pause as they both realize that it hasn't been written yet. This should lead to satisfactory amounts of Eleventy-flail
