Yes, well, we know about Eleven and personal space. (Should that be Eleven versus personal space?) It's also telling, I think, that he automatically covered his eyes even though neither Amy nor Rory were wearing anything that revealing. Almost as if the last time he burst in, they weren't wearing . . . well, anything.
