I hope it's even more heartbreaking than the last time they left the Doctor!

I JUST WANT THEM TO LEAVE HAPPILY, DAMN IT.

I hope it is just heartbreaking in that leaving the Doctor is sad, not that anyone dies. Or gets mind wiped. Or sent to another universe.

I also thought that maybe the reason it is 'heartbreaking' is that he tells them about River and the Library? I could deal with something like that. That would be the good kind of emotional torture, not just 'WHY DID YOU DO THAT'.

I want something like that. Like Rory and Amy finding out about what happens fo River. Amy and rory are absolutely sure for the most part the Doctor goes and saves everyone he loves but the fact he doesn't save River HIS wife who happens to be his companion's daughter will get them upset and cause a rif between the three and Amy and Rory leave. Heartbreaking to the Doctor cause he is losing his best friends

Seriously. If Amy and Rory have another tragedy happen to them, I don't know if I will feel like going on with the rest of the series.

My ideal "heartbreaking" ending would be if Amy finds out she's expecting again and doesn't want to take a chance on losing another child to the Doctor's enemies, so instead she cuts him out of her life. It'd be heartbreaking because she'd have to choose between her best friend and her child, but it'd still be a mostly-happy ending for Amy and Rory because they're both safe and ensuring the safety of (the rest of) their family.

I'm pretty sure that's what keeps him alive, actually. Everyone's tears fuels his life energy. At this point, he feels nothing because he's consumed so many feels through liquid angst. He's immune.

Don't you understand by now that the Troll King feeds on our tears and the remains of our brains after we watch his timey-wimey episodes? *pats*

I've only heard him mention it twice.

Not really, he just hasn't actually mentioned that much.

Also if people are constantly asking him about it, what else is he gonna say?
