As for everyone else, then I'm guessing we'll get the family size pumper pack for 2013, and only a few nuggets thrown in this year. Not that I mind. (I'd give my right arm to see the Master and River meet. Seriously.)
I am not a fan of Simm!Master, but it's not John Simm's fault. I don't want batshitcrazy!Master, but I concede that the character was written that way for him.
Yeah, it's not his fault. I saw the behind the scenes where he made it a point to say, "I performed it the way the script told me to." The Master is one of my favorite characters and it was disappointing to see him reduced to being batshit insane, instead of a crafty, suave, pimp, seductive megalomaniacal Time Lord.
I remember seeing that bit and feeling sorry for him. It's as close to "don't blame me, blame the writer" as any actor can say if he still wants to work. OTOH if anyone can write crafty, suave, pimp, seductive, megalomaniac Time Lord, it's Moff.
Personally I've always suspected there's got to be more Canton somewhere along the line, considering he turned up at Eleven's funeral with petrol (or was it gas?) and the assurance he was dead. I'm pretty sure Eleven wouldn't just write down instructions for something so important...
Re: Jeff, pretty much the entire season 4 of Merlin every time Percival showed up I was like "Y HALO THAR JEFF" and laughing at how he was too cool to have sleeves on his armor. It would be nice to use him in some flashbacks, though.
Of the others listed, I'm hoping most for Jo Jones, Vastra and Jenny, and the Ice Warriors. The others I think would be fun but it'd be harder to do and still have the Doctor be "dead" to the universe.
Vastra/Jenny is pretty much my OTP, so I would love to see them again.
Also, this is (hopefully) not relevant to series 7, but: if/when the time comes for Eleven to meet his end, I would love to have the Dream Lord back. It would make for a wonderfully eery final scene, to have the Doctor go out talking to his dark side.

Sweet Sixteenth or Close Enough.

Yeah, bumper pack for 2013 seems likely too.
