Thanks for the link. Unlike the_willows I'm glad I spoiled myself because I can lower my expectations accordingly. I'm not a fan of the way Moffat stuffs way more ideas into his stuff than he needs (with most of them ending up half-baked) but I'm still curious about how this is all going to end.

My other thought/ worry is that there's so very much stuff to wrap up before the season ends (unless some of it is resolved in Closing Time), 6.13 is apt to feel rushed. I just hope things are resolved with thought and care, not just waved away in a mumble of timey-wimey plotty-wotty dialogue. I generally trust Moff's storytelling instincts, but I worry he's not leaving himself enough room to breathe in this story arc, and that 6.13 is going to end up galloping along at 90 MPH as he tries to cram everything into a 45 min/ hourlong timeframe. He's been playing some of his cards a little too close to his vest for a bit too long this season, IMO.

Last year, the two-part finale allowed enough time to settle all the major plot points while still allowing some very nice character moments, and this year has twenty times the amount of stuff that's still up in the air. I'm very curious to see what the running time of 6.13 will be; I'm guessing it's going to be at least an hour.

Hmm, I just realized I'd managed until now to avoid knowing what the title of the 13th episode is. I'm assuming it "The Wedding of River Song"? In any case, I feel quite proud of myself (though I'm not upset that I now know it; it was bound to happen soon), and I think I'm going to avoid reading the article because I feel like I've enjoyed this season a lot more when I've been able to avoid spoilers.
