Why am I getting the feeling that Moff really does have no way out for the whole "The Doctor is dead thing."

Unless.....

Moff attempts to bamboozle us with a Fool Me Thrice Gambit he doesn't expect us to expect as it would be too damn obvious and we would dismiss it immeditatly.

To clarify my above reference to the Fool Me Thrice Gambit

Fooled Us Once: We are told that Amy has been a Ganger Clone since before the start of the series. Did not see that coming

Fooled Us Twice: Baby Melody has also been replaced with a Ganger Clone. Did not see that coming

Fooled Us Thrice: At some point the Doctor has been replaced by a Ganger Clone which is the one that dies and possible takes up the second half of the series (Replacing the Doctor in the gap between AGMGTW and LTH).

Of course Moff probably thinks that we /won't/ think of Option Three as it will be too obvious and we will therefore dismiss it out of hand in favour of more complex theroies.

I really hope not, because while a triple bluff might seem clever at first, it would wear off in about 7 seconds and leave me thinking, "That's it?

I really hope it something more genuinely clever, not something so obvious we're supposed to believe it's clever.
