Ooh, really? Does he do a credible Southern accent? See, I haven't listened to it yet and I'm over here in Montgomery, Alabama (hey y'all!) and one of my biggest pet peeves is fail Southern accents.

It was strange. Sometimes, I was just marvelling over how authentic he sounded, and then sometimes--very rarely--his accent got away from him for a second or two.

Either way, Matt Smith with a Southern accent is DAMN SEXY!

It's good to hear from a local that he doesn't do a bad job. :) Ah well, anyone's better than Ewan McGregor, right? ;)

Actually, yes. It's a pretty decent story.

Funny thing, the only accent that he manages to get wrong is AMY's. He can do Southern American just fine. Scots is somehow beyond him!

I bet you he can do a good Scottish accent but he just did a bad one becuase he wanted to see how she'd react. He's a six year-old when it comes to her.

I'm a native Texan........ yeah. It was weird. I mean I thought he did a great job and it definitely gave me that "wild west" feel, you know? But still.... kinda sexy tbh.

I was surprised too when I heard him talk. I think he did a great job better than me. FYI I live in Miami,FL :)
