This is actually the episode that I felt proved he was in love with her. He forgave her quickly for screwing everything up too. It's one of my favorite episodes in the 1st season and this was one of my favorite moments even without 9 actually present in conversation.

I think this was the first episode of that series where the Doctor and Rose had a real test of their friendship. You can tell they finally realize how much they REALLY need each other.

I think Chris and Billie were at their finest in this episode. It was so heartbreaking to watch Rose go through all this pain after watching all the fun she was having before now.

Plus, this was the first EVER episode of Doctor Who I watched so it has an extra special place in my heart.

I love this ep. If I ever need a good cry, this is the one I watch... so heartbreaking, but in a good way. Must be the unconditional love!

Such an E-M-O-T-I-O-N-A-L episode. :'( I think Piper really stood out here.
