I swear she'll remember Ten in her future, in some fashion, even if it's a little tickling at the back of her mind like déjà vu, but Rose will just know. No one will convince me otherwise. :D
Still, love this scene. It's usually around this part that I quickly shut everything off and refuse to truly watch the last few minutes of EoT. Yup, no further, unless I feel like crying for days on end.
Haha it was pretty in vogue for a while but the only one I know foff the top of my head is this one, which was actually written before EOT aired (but after we'd had pretty extensive spoilers for the Rose scene).
I love how he gives Donna a lottery ticket, gets Jack laid, saves Mickey and Martha's lives, stops Luke Smith from being a little dipshit, and he does all those huge things for everyone and then when that's all done, all he wants to do in his very last seconds is just look at Rose. Not even talk to her, just watch Rose go up some stairs, and that's the end. Out of all the stuff he's done, he just wants to watch her walk upstairs.
Awww. Yeah, I think it was only when I rewatched that I realized he clearly didn't have any intention of speaking to her at all, he just wanted to see her like a stalker. Poor Ten.
Haha also fun fact, "see ya" is both what Rose says to him here and what Donna says to him in JE when he leaves her house. So basically "see ya" is the last thing that both his BFF and his ~true love~ say to him. lol Ten, your life.
And he could have done this at ANY TIME. Nothing was stopping him! But he saved it for his ~~~death, or maybe he just couldn't stand it at that point? Maybe it was something weighing on him constantly, and his death made him be all "fuck it"?
idk, I just love it so much.
"See ya" is also what Belle would say to him, so that works!

Second, Simm is totally a shipper. He has to be.
Third, I bawled my eyes out during this scene. I still love it to pieces.

This scene was great. I didn't cry because I am dead inside, but it was definitely very sweet and sad. Poor dying Ten.
