I saw them in preseason last week; I have to say, Rodgers looks pretty solid at QB... and the defense looks kind of scary. The offensive players are young, and they were itching for a good run, it seemed. Favre may be the most famous Packer since Bart Starr, but I'd love to see what happens when he comes back to Lambeau... sounds like he's going to be Lam-BOOED, for putting on the Purple (No Prince-o).

I couldn't give a rat's ass about Favre. :P

Some washed up old guy that has retired four times in three years? Who is he again? Jackson is a world better.

I think the deal breaker was that Minnesota only wanted him so they could shake their rears at Wisconsin. I mean, really. Why else? He isn't a good player anymore and can't throw a ball to save his life.

Yeah, The Vikes really should be putting their money into developing a team around their stars (Adrian Peterson) et al. Instead, they paid X amount of millions for another, older Sage Rosenfels. WTF? I think it's kind of a slap in the face to some of the guys on the team that went to the playoffs last year.
