Hello people!

Like I said, I'd been reading about that woman writer who made a big fuss about people using her works to write fanfic.

Well, amayasora2992 posted her thoughts on it and I wanted to state mine, incase they weren't already blatantly obvious, lol.

I totally agree with you. The No fanfic policy is crazy to me.

The no-fanfic policy is ridiculous. Fanficking, as you said, shows a deep love for a series and there is absolutely no problem with it! It's also a writing culture of its own in a way, amirite? :)

I love that you're so driven, too! You'll go places with your 'I'm going to be a writer attitude. Yay! :D

i think that authors should realize that once their book is published and popular, their characters are no longer just theirs, they belong to the world. its like trying to control your 30-something child, what this author is doing. the characters are no longer just hers, even though the books are her children.
