Our grading scale goes:
0-59 = F
60-69 = D
70-79 = C
80-89 = B
90-100 = A

My GPA would be so much higher if I had your grading scale!

Nathan Fillion was on Craig Ferguson's show last night; it was great! Check YT (when it's available).

Officialy it goes:
10 excellent/perfect (which is hardly ever given, unless you have a super brain)
9 very good
8 good
7 more than sufficient
6 sufficient
5 nearly sufficient
4 insufficient
3 very insufficient
2 poor
1 very poor (when you're that dumb, or cheated, etc)
Without any research, I'd say the average is 6-8.
Everything from 1 to 5.4 is an F. We can get a 5.5, because that will be rounded up to a 6. As long as all of your grades are 6's or above (rounded off), you'll pass.
And then: there are also one or two classes that you may fail
(- as long as the grades are between 4.5 and 5.4, which means two 5's;
- or when one grade is 3.5-4.4.
Something like that, I can't remember the specifics.)
but that depends on the kind of classes and the "profile" you've chosen.
:)
