Hello people!

I keep forgetting my dreams and it's driving me crazy! I know I had a dream last night but I cannot remember it for the life of me!

I slept fairly well, thankfully, but I'm so exhausted and it feels like Thursday or Friday to me, and it's only Tuesday! :( GUH. In Myth, we went over what's gonna be on our test tomorrow (yes, we have a ( Read more... )

Hope you did well on your AP Gov test!! -crosses fingers-

Hahaha! Ohhh, those Puritans...

Ugh, I feel your pain about the tank tops. Lots of shirts these days are cut really low. I don't like to expose myself, thank you very much.

Sigh. In regard to the conversation with your mother - I'd say you are not in the wrong. Neither of you are. I used to have lots of conversations EXACTLY like this one with my mother and we still have them on occasion. It's just something that happens, I think. Just brush it off, don't make a big deal out of it even if she does. If you make a big deal out of it and act like a jerk (I'm not saying that you were) then it'll be harder for her to get over it. Moms and daughters just have moments like that. <3

:] Thanks!

HAHA, indeed. They were so crazeh.

THANK YOU, jeez, glad I'm not the only one! Yeah, I don't want to be half-freaking-naked! For goodness sakes, my teachers don't need to see that, and I don't want them to! *shakes head*

I understand. Thanks! I did try to apologize but she won't accept it and now we're each in our individual rooms. *sigh* Oh, well, I guess.

You're welcome! :D

Thank the Lord we evolved.

You're welcome! No, you are NOT the only one! Honestly! I hate wearing stuff like that.

You're welcome once more! Yeah...she'll come around, don't worry about it. :)

Not saying your mom is totally right, but driving is extremely stressful, and listening to music you don't like (or even listening to music at all) can make it super duper stressful...er. Just, respect what she needs to get you around safely... some drivers concentrate better with music, some with conversation. The best thing to do is to find a compromise... maybe change the station so it's a song/sort of song you both like.

Also, a lot of times you can't really see how far down you're turning the radio because (duh!) your eyes are on the road. She may not have meant to turn it down as far as she did, but wasn't going to take her hands off the wheel to turn it up again.

I mean, I'm just saying...

That's not really the issue (and trust me, driving doesn't stress her out). I do understand the concentrating thing, though, but I don't think that's an issue for her.

Oh, trust me, she meant to turn it off. She always does that (and she takes her hands off the wheel all the time to answer her Blackberry and such).

Senior year is the time when parents go psycho. Especially second semester. Especially especially since you're the oldest child.

When my sister Taylar was a senior, she got her nose pierced, and then my dad literally chased her out of the house. But I assure you, things will improve. Eventually.
