I Have Obsessive Re-post-ive Disorder

Hello people!

Well, I'm staying home again tomorrow. I keep coughing. Blech. There are a few positives, though: I can finish my homework, catch up on TDS/TCR (maybe), and perhaps get some writing done(?).

In other news, 24 was still fucking awesome. And now I'm really tempted to write Jack/Tony...I seriously might have to do that...

And I kinda just ( Read more... )

You could never go wrong with a classic, like Mary Poppins or The Lion King. Spring Awakening is really good, but it's super sad. It really depends on what you're looking for. Musical or play. I'm assuming you'd prefer a comedy, but really all plays have bits of humor in them. You're hard pressed to find an actor or director that wants to put on a play with NO comic relief.

Ooh! Waiting for Godot is coming to Broadway?! (I'm looking at a webpage. Lol.) I love that play. So much.

... Hahaha I'm a BIG little bit of a nerd. I could seriously go on all day about plays. So if you narrow it down, I could help you out. Lol.

I do hope you feel better. :) *hug*

True, true. LOL, either one's fine, though I think mom would prolly prefer a musical. Haha, yeah, comedy. XD

:] LOL, being a nerd is good for you. ;D

Thanks! *hugs*

I have no idea what's still on Broadway. I think The Producers and the Lion King are your safe bets, though I would think your parents would be able to handle Avenue Q, considering what you all watch together.

LAWLZ. I wish The Producers was there, but alas, it's not. :( HAHA, oh, yeah, my parents could handle it, but I wouldn't wanna watch it sitting next to them, LOL. X] See, cuz, afterwards, we would discuss it. And we would be like, "Ahh, yeah, that...that part was funny...the porn stuff, yeah...*ahem*..." X]

I don't know what's showing, but Les Mis is good. Depressing, but I love it. XD Uuumm... probably wouldn't like 1776...

If you're looking for plays, Tennessee Williams is pretty entertaining as long as you don't have to analyze anything (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Glass Menagerie...) I usually like Arthur Miller, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alan Bennet...?

In other words: Not helpful.

Unfortunately neither Les Mis nor 1776 are there, lol.

I don't think any of those are there, LOL. X] Thanks anyway, Jen. ;]

I know SO LITTLE about musicals. I don't watch very many because they make me laugh (even when they're not supposed to). I can think of one OFF-Broadway musical, and I'm not even sure if it's currently playing, which is Zanna, Don't! Awesome. Not sure if you'd be comfortable watching it with yuor parents XD
