Well, this explains why the carnivores didn't eat the herbivores.

Their stomachs were so queasy that they lost their appetite!

I'm going to hazard a guess that the camels were unaffected--their own natural swaying gait having inured them against motion sickness.

Where did they keep the fish which can only live in the deep sea under pressure? Probably next to the amphibians (which are notable for being bad at colonizing new habitats since they can't cross salt water).

Oh, there is no use bringing up reasons why the Ark could never have worked, or why the Flood went unnoticed by the Chinese and Egyptians and American Indians, or how Noah managed to get a pair of kangaroos or polar bears or Komodo monitors to the Middle East. You can just invoke new miracles to cover any problem.
