I wake up to the tune of Rachel telling me that our cat, crazy maggie, rode off with our neighbor the previous morning and he thought he saw her jump off at Dauphin and McGregor.(about 5 miles from home

you're not crazy. This is weird. Everyone tells me that I should be ragin mad, but I'm not. I really don't think their dog ate her though. I just don't freaking know. Anyway, I'm going back to look after work. What f-ing morons.

cats generally don't "ride" on anything unless they're glued or strapped to it, period. There's something VERY wrong with that story--is maggie okay?

I seriously hope so. Rachel and I went looking for her at the site and no luck. She has called and notified the local cat authorites. Flyers and/or door to door may be the next step.
