I had forgotten how easy it is to get lost in a Harry Potter novel. Since the next book in the series is due out in a couple of weeks, I decided it was a good time to finally read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. It seemed a fairly daunting challenge this morning, when I first cracked the 800+ page book open, but when I placed the book

I was given the HP books one and two at a time over a week or two last fall - having stayed away from them for no other reason than their popularity. Was able to read most of 'em at one-day-each. I'm very much looking forward to next week's release: have it on pre-order from Amazon.

I'm in the process of reading the "Prisoner of Azkaban" for the 3rd or 4th time now. I have all of the books in hard back. Jason, my fiancee, likes the movies, but I'm trying to get him to read the books too.
