two champions ships means two rings.

when you graduate high school (btw, be sure to use the phrase high school, not university in the fic) there is always a graduation ceremony which is usually held either in the auditorium of the school, on the football field, or at a local place used for banquets and stuff. It all depends on the school and how big the class is.

Since Dillon is such a small town, I'd put it on the football field, but that's just me.

Two champions ships means two rings.

Thanks for the info on the rings!

Oh well, see it's a future fic, so it is actually university I want someone (hush!spoiler) to be graduating from. Would that be in a similar vein? Stadium? Hall?

alright then, yep pretty much the same. All depends on the size of the school. A big school's ceremony would probably be their football stadium.

Hey babe!

If it's a graduation from a university, it would depend on the size of the school. A lot of schools have their own stadiums, and graduation would be held there. For a smaller school, a graduation ceremony might be held in an auditorium on campus. :)

what uni were you thinking of having them attend? if you have a particular school in mind, i could do some quick research and find out for you!

*hugs*

p.s. matty broke my heart last week. and i almost cried for smash! omg!

Thanks for the info. I've thought about University of Texas (cause it might be more likely that a certain character I love to write about would be more likely to go to a state university than a private one)<- please correct me if I'm wrong about that ( ... )

I see that others have already answered your questions, but I just wanted to pop in and say GO, YOU for rallying support for FNL. It's ratings have been rotten because too many people are football-phobes and can't accept that this show is SO MUCH MORE than football, but those of us who have "clear eyes" (and open minds) about it know how full it can make our hearts! CAN'T CANCEL is right!!!

(Oh, and btw, I graduated from a very large university and my graduation was held in the basketball arena on campus, so you're probably safe to use either that or the football stadium depending on whether you want an indoor or outdoor ceremony.)

Thanks, hon!

Yes, this show does need support. I really do understand the reason behind the writer's strike but it just sucks so much more for FNL, you know? Somehow that half-finished season doesn't seem to help it's status and it just hurts that we might never have a chance to see how it should've all played out.

Also, this pimping isn't entirely selfless, you know. There is such a shortage of fic in this fandom compared to my others, it makes me sad. At first when I joined I was like YES! motherload of fic to read for me but then I realized, um, not so much.

AMEN SISTER. It's so much more than football but I LOVE THE FOOTBALL. (That's what FNL does to me. Inspires love in all the weird places). I mean I'm not even from the US so football for me is a thing with 11 scrawny guys AND NO TOUCHING OF THE BALL. Tehe. As a girl with strong feminist convictions I shouldn't enjoy sweaty boys grunting and tackling each other that much, right?
