i suppose if i move to los osos the gloom might make you sad when you visit. :/ i feel the complete opposite -- i cannot wipe the smirk off of my face when the fog is near and dear, and i get so much done, and well! damn, i miss you, hah.

no, sometimes I enjoy it quite a bit, in fact. It's just that, I went through this season not that long ago, so I haven't really had the time to miss it I suppose. Yesterday, for example, walking in the chilling, crisp wind, I was ecstatic (I love the wind--it leaves me manic, cold or hot). But later, the wind dropped down to a chilly breeze and the clouds increased their cover and it began to rain, and I was no longer cold and exhilarated, I was far too cold to bear it nearly. And it's not October. This weather makes me anticipate Halloween, and following, the gathering time of the holidays, yet here and now, there is none of that to follow. It's like a season without purpose, only building up to more cold. I'm being extreme, but I assure you, I will not be made sad by the gloom when visiting you if you move to Los Osos. =] And I miss you, too. I still haven't gotten to the post office, but postcards await you, and I promise to get them out no later than Friday.
