Val walked into a room and for a moment thought he was home. There were fish floating in midair which in his world was completely normal. He smiled slightly just happy to be near something that reminded him of his world. He sat down on a couch and stared at the fish quietly

[Matt has a paperback in one hand and a cigarette in the other, as is his habit, and his goggles are pushed up onto his forehead, as has become his habit. Not like anyone can see his name, yeah?

He comes to this room pretty often, finding it a nice place to hang out and read. It's usually empty, so he's pretty surprised to see... some weird guy he's never seen before.]
