Misa hasn't been out lately, except for the short rendezvous with her Light, but that wasn't anything exciting. She wanted to interact with other people, so she came out into the Mansion, and brewed herself a pot of hot cocoa, reading a magazine of the happenings in the mansion, to catch herself up on times.

Following the scent of hot cocoa that had wafted itself down the hall, Matt enters the kitchen. He stops upon seeing a Misa there, but continues shortly, forcing himself to get over his slight dread. Need to work on that, he thinks.

"Ooh," he says, walking over to the pot. He looks at Misa. "You made hot cocoa?"

She smiles sweetly at him,"I figured the cocoa would bring someone around these parts. Do you want some?"

He grins at her as he reaches up and opens a cabinet. "Hells yeah!" he replies enthusiastically. Grabbing a simple, black mug, he pours himself a cup of the wonderful-smelling hot cocoa and walks over to the table to sit with her. He's become somewhat more relaxed around Misa's, and this one seems friendly enough.

"So... how long you been here?" he asks before taking a sip, blowing on the steamy contents of his mug.

She thinks for a moment,"I....really don't know. It was maybe a month or so ago, maybe more. I haven't been out of my room much since we got here."

She takes a sip of her cocoa,"How long have you been here?"

"Oh! Ryuzaki-kun!" Misa was genuinely startled by the voice of L.

"I made extra for anyone who wanted it. Would you like to join me?" Misa asks Ryuzaki this with a returned smile.

Misa will never get used to seeing other Misas. Ever. She stops short upon entering the kitchen and seeing more or less her exact double brewing a pot of cocoa.

"Uhh..." she pauses, feeling almost as if she's intruding on something, for some strange reason. "I'll uh...I'll go..."

Misa turns around, "Oh, you don't have to go!"
